Creative Vizions was born out of a passion for storytelling and a desire to make a difference in the literary world. Our founder, Un1que Salaam, an author himself, experienced firsthand the challenges and roadblocks that many authors face when trying to publish their work. While working on his debut book, “Trench Talk: A Chiraq Hood Tale.” He encountered numerous obstacles, from scam companies looking to profit from authors’ hard work to publishers unwilling to give urban authors a fair chance.
Frustrated by the lack of support and transparency in the industry, Unique took matters into his own hands. He learned the ins and outs of the publishing process, successfully self publishing his first book with the help of Creative Vizions. This experience opened his eyes to the significant gap in the industry for indie authors, and he decided to do something about it. Thus, Creative Vizions was born.
